Concord Community Schools is committed to providing a safe and secure learning environment for all students. Safety measures include secure entrances with visitor check-in procedures, surveillance cameras throughout the campus, and regular emergency drills.
We also have trained school police officers, who are employees of the district and work closely with school administrators to ensure a responsive and proactive presence on campus. In addition, our counselors, administrators, and teachers collaborate to support students wellbeing and academic success.
Technology is integrated to enhance learning, with resources such as interactive whiteboards, educational software, and a 1:1 iPad program that equips each student with a device to support digital literacy and engagement.
At Concord Community Schools, we view technology as a tool to support student learning and not a substitute for meaningful instruction. We are proactive in ensuring that technology enhances, rather than distracts from, the classroom experience by setting clear expectations and promoting responsible use among students.
